I'm not to great with my hstory..I've only heard of the Medici which I read a book about(the medici seal).
I don't know the othes but I've heard of most f hem.

i thought today how it was interesting how it meant so much to the workers (in the dvd) to have a proper burial etc.
did you know that the medici led the birth of the Italian Renaissance along with the other great signore families of Italy like the Visconti and Sforza families of Milan, the Este of Ferrara, the Gonzaga of Mantua, and others? cool a? its is funny how lots of those people/things in the post have some sort of link to eachother?

That DVD was so cool, I took heaps of notes. Does anybody think that we should take that trip to that Eygiptian exhibition at the Auckland mueseum soon? I think it would bo good to go there before we starting confirmin what study we will be doing that is linked to ancient Egypt.
Yes the video is very interesting an I think we should contnue to watch it tomorrow.
Also I highly agree about the Auckland trip!

Si, I have heard of the Renaissance. It was also a period in music, where they played nice little things. As far as I can remember. But anyway! Confucius (no, I am not sure of the spelling) was another philosopher.
