The Man from Atlantis?

There used to be a silly show on tele called the man from atlantis. Someone mentioned Atlantis today as a mystery to investigate.

Atlantis was a supposed to be a fabulous city that disappeared into the sea.

More mysteries of ancient egypt:

and more...

and the man from atlantis himself!

;>)

There are also other comic book guys from Atlantis who were much cooler than Patrick Duffy:

good ideas bob - and kit de kat - if you want to study ancient italy, wouldn't you be studying the romans?
if you want to take it on a tangent to study something you have an interest in, simply justify your reasons. make a link from ancient egyptian strutures to roman ones, then link that to more modern italy with the rise of the powerful merchant classes and so forth in places like venice. maybe then you would discover something called the Rennaissance and study that. a most worthy topic.

Venice seems to be a very interesting place. It's made up of hundreds of tiny (and some not so small)islands, some joined by bridges. They have water buses instead of normal ones, gondolas (tourist boats sometimes for romantic trips...ooh...), and the Grand Canal, the widest (I think) waterway which is apparently filled with junk that the Venetians have thrown in without a care for pollution. If you want to know my source, please read 'Scorpia' by Anthony Horowitz. And um, that guy is most likely the Sub Mariner. So yeah.

hehee!
