tummies, hammies and lower backs...

look after the first two to help protect the third. take my word for it - you don't want a back injury...

be good for mr wilson so i can give you a huge amount of class points when i get back.

Yeah kiddies, you don't want to kill either ur abs (when you get them) :D or ur back, I've had a minor injury on my abs and a fairly major one on my lower back when I was in Woody's class, though with the help of my hockey training clinic coach, I got it to go away. Trust me, kill your back muscles, and your screwed.
