experts in your family

hey - we are a very lucky bunch of squiddly diddlies because you guys have experts in your own families that we may be able to convince to come and talk to us about their field of interest.
we have had many fabulous parents helping us with their specialist knowledge. can we get more?
anyone have a climate change specialist [we do! we do!], or a fashion designer or anyone who can tell us about power generation, or animation or anything that we might study?
if so, mention it here and let's get them in in term three to help us learn -afterall - current expert opinion is more valuable than something written in a book years ago.
huzzah!

mr brainy - go to you rblog, set up the email alert function through the comments settings and then you will get the posts i put there straight away. how many times do i have to repeat myself!!!!

and all of you who are guilty of it - stop changing your plans without seeking guidance, you eejits.
this forum is for seeking advice and finding out what to do, so start reading, following instructions and sticking to a plan. rraaaaarrrr!

apologies to mr brainy - i meant, ernesto!!! [which is a bit harsh because ernesto has been a brilliant user of the blog, i must admit.]
as for the rest of you boys, you are going to have to buck your ideas up next term.

I don't know what happened to the rest of my comment but, I also put that she wouldn't be able to come in, sad aye? =(

Sog - your mum is indeed a whizz - and through the wonders of the interweb, she needn't actually come into school - maybe we could skype her or live chat her or vi cast her or podcast her or something. i'm sure we could benefit from her expertise without actually dragging her in to see us.
