Orangutan Conservation


I have always been passionately interested in primates. Perhaps it's because I resemble one so closely. Or perhaps it is because they are such amazing animals.

the auckland zoo said that orangutans would be extinted in less than 10 years if the palm oil plantaions kept increasing at the rate it is now.

sooooo sad.

by the way mr wood in class iwrote a letter to the editor about the orangutansand if you want to see it just ask.

Yeah, Save the ranga (Orangutan).
I think they should alternate the palm oil so they still enjoy the produce they make of their plantations whilst saving the Orangutans!!!!

I know it's not exactly the same thing but there's this woman called Jane Goodall who actually lives with all these chimps and looks after them to study their lifelike their habitay, diet etc. and does all this stuff to save chompanzees you could visit her at

Great, now wranger is red-head, and ranga is orangatan. Like I'll ever remember.
My project (which will not be finished until I find a decent colour printer) has palm oil tied in.
I may have many more BITS to my project.
