TERM FOUR TOPIC

I am thinking our theme will be related to animals, nature, the environment, conservation - whatever ! But I would like your feedback on things you would and wouldn't like to do - specifically, what have you done over and over again ad nauseum? [that means, until you are sick of it].
Keep it positive and state ideas for project directions you would like to head in...
Field trips to interesting sites would be good to mention too.

im not really keen on the environment thing, but we should go on a field trip where everyone in class is intrested on it.

I think we should have a day where there are activities that we do out of school and we split into groups and do 1 activity each day and by the end of the week we would of done all five activities clockwise. It would go for one week by the way. One of the activies could be desgining a enviromental happy suburb on the animation programmes or going to the zoo and doing stuff there.

I really liked the idea about going to the uni and seeing the pros at the stuff yu are interested in.

Remember it's meant to be educational, zuzu - not social. But, i appreciate your honest feedback.
Dan, great idea - we should all see a kiwi in our lifetime.

Does anyone think about what it would be like to have no kiwis left because there was no safe environment for them, other than zoos? That is why I am interested in the environmental issues of forest protection, replanting, pest reduction, etc.

Mr Woody
Me and RB were thinking for the spec field trip/ project thang, we could go to Auckland Zoo and do a study on on the the big cats, i.e. the two new cheetah brothers! Good idea? I dunno, something like that!

sounds good - but only if you can make it have depth - like having to interview keepers, maybe video it. make a doco. think of a fat open question.

we could compare the benefits of zoo vs other options for preservation
