Room5ians Rule! Mr Woody WAS their teacher. This is where they chat :-)
... and now that Mr Woody is pursuing other ventures, he gets to work with other schools too!
not such a clear photo this time, but excellent mobile blogging. who posted it? not me - i avoid the crowds in case i get swamped by autograph hunters. ;-)
I went. The one in the middle is Nightmare house. Zorro wasn't a balloon. There were 19 balloons. The glow went for 20 minutes. The fireworks started while the balloons were still up.

My favourite was a blue-and-yellow striped one. I'll give you my account.
We got ther about about six, maybe seven. My Uncle worked at it, so we got good tickets! I went and helped his daughter with face-painting. Then, after what seemed like two minutes, but porbably about half-and-hour, the sky began to darken and all the balloons began to blow up. I got a glow stick (in the freezer to slow down the chemical reaction) and then sat down just in time for the show! There was Star Wars music which I greatly enjoyed, and Rocky Horror Show's Time Warp, and Michael Jackson, and lots more! Roo is a little wrong, the fireworks started when the glowing finnished, the balloons were being packed away. Or maybe he is right? I agree with my opinion. The fireworks were so beautiful, they lighted up the sky so gracefully, but I hated them too. When I was six I hid in a hedge while fireworks were on! My funny little sister burst into tears when both the fireworks and balloons were on. She didn't like the noise, so she may have been out in open air, not watching the entertainment on the TV inside the marquee, if there hadn't been a very noisy balloon right next to the VIP seats! (Well, payed-for seats.) Then we went home, freezing cold but laughing at all the cars waiting to get out of the university, because we had walked there. Neina Marie wishes you luck for the future.
Once again I take full credit for the fabulous photography and I thank my friend Mark Bunting for smuggling me into the corporate tent so I could get such great pics for you :)
